Get lots of constitution:
Continue casting the magic arrow spell even after running out of mana. Stop casting the spell when your character's current and maximum hit points have increased. You character's constitution should also be increased.
Hex-Editing
Open up a saved game in your favourite hex editor and mess with these offsets to modify your character's attributes. Backing up he saved game first is a very good idea, especially if it's a particularly good one.

* Be sure to set both 9E and A2 to the same value. Also note that it's probably best to check how much xp you need for the next level and enter a value just lower than that in the 9E and A2. This way you will level-up in the game and aquire a new spell. The values 0a0, 0a1 I have no idea about.
** Take note that the location of the money in a file will change and is not always at 4f6! The Money Offset Finder should be able to tell you the offset for your particular game, though I've never tested it. Addtionally, this number may be reversed. E.g., the value 123456 gives you 563421cp.
Also, here's a cryptic quote I don't understand but saw on another site and it looks important: If you set your money too high and spend too much you will be sorry because your b/w will jump to a little less than (FFFFFFFF). to solve this drop everything change you b/w 0 and pick it all up again if you can.
Spells
When set to "1" these cost 1 mana to cast, however when levelling up they reset to their correct value, but you will still know the spell. I'm unsure which spell is which offset:
